Experience the magic of our studio’s signature Yin sequence. This 60 minute Yin class offers postures that are typically on the ground and held for several minutes to target the dense connective tissues in the body. This deep but gentle practice invites you to stay with growing sensation and to observe yourself in stillness. Physically, all levels of practice and experience can have a potent class, even those managing injury can participate. Mentally, this is one of the most challenging yet rewarding classes. The class is not strenuous, but our shala is not cooled, so you will be warm and may sweat.

Experience the magic of our studio’s signature sequence. This 60 minute vinyasa class offers a well rounded practice that is sweaty and has some challenging elements including deep core work, and single leg balances. The closing series includes juicy hip openers, bridges and a breathing practice [bhastrika pranayam] that will leave you floating from final relaxation right into meditation. This sequence is good for active beginners and seasoned yogis. Those who have been inactive or who are managing injury would likely feel more comfortable and supported in our yin yoga and gentle yoga classes instead of this one.
