305 Yoga has been operating for 20 years in the Miami area. We have an extensive and loyal community, including an email list of over 4,500 and 2,000 active practitioners in studio. By partnering with us to share your healing arts, you again access to our community.

Rental Details
Shift Options:
Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Night Shift: 2:30 PM - 9:00 PM
or Full Day $125 10 AM - 6 PM
Commitment:
Minimum 3-month commitment for the chosen day and shift.
Example: If you select Monday Day Shift, you commit to all Monday Day Shifts for 12 weeks.
Rental Fee:
$75 per shift or $125 for the full day
Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

Your Responsibilities
Book and Manage your own client appointments and payments
Commit to your chosen shift for the full 12 weeks
Provide proof of valid licensing and liability insurance
Maintain the space with care
Clean and reset the room after each shift
Ensure linens are laundered and ready for the next use
Honor our shared values of respect, kindness, and professionalism
