You care deeply and give your all, driven by the belief that your work makes a meaningful difference.
Every day, you navigate obstacles, juggle endless responsibilities, and somehow keep your head up.
There are moments of joy—the breakthroughs that remind you why you do this work, like when a child finally opens up or a client takes a big step forward.
But let’s be real: it’s not always easy. Sometimes, you wish for simple tools to calm big emotions and soothe the nervous system—for those you serve (and maybe for yourself too… 😉).
If this sounds familiar, this workshop is for you.

A Weekend of Learning…
A Lifetime of Connection
Why Every Service Provider Should Become Trauma Informed
Understand the root of disruptive behaviors: That person who’s always goofing off or acting out may be using humor or defiance to cope with underlying pain. Trauma-informed tools help you see beyond the behavior to address the real need.
Engage the quiet ones: Those who are shut down and barely engage often carry deep burdens. Learning how to create safety and connection can help them feel seen and supported.
De-escalate anger and conflict: When emotions run high and anger erupts, trauma-informed practices provide strategies to defuse tension and transform conflict into understanding.
Support emotional releases: Tears in the classroom, workplace, or care setting can feel overwhelming. With trauma-informed knowledge, you’ll have the confidence to hold space for healing without feeling helpless.
Protect your own wellbeing: Constantly managing others’ emotions and stress takes a toll. Trauma-informed practices give you tools to regulate your own nervous system, so you can stay grounded and effective in your role.
This is more than a certification—
it’s a movement.
Hi, I’m Terri Cooper Space.
I’m the owner of 305 Yoga and the founder of Connection Coalition, but to me, it’s less about titles and more about doing work that truly matters.
Over the past few decades, I’ve brought yoga to some of the most unexpected places: schools, jails, shelters, and community centers.
I’ve certified nearly 500 yoga teachers at 305 Yoga and trained more than 5,000 people across the country in trauma-informed mind-body practices.
But let’s cut to the chase….I’m not your typical yoga girl.
I’m a street-smart yogi [in a thick girl body] who doesn’t do fluff, flash, or fancy poses for Instagram.
I’m raw, real, and unapologetically myself— but always with a heart big enough to carry the whole room.
My teaching style is empathetic, inclusive, powerful, and… if I’m being honest, has a knack for cracking people open in the best possible way.
I believe yoga is for everybody—every body.
If you’ve ever felt out of place in a yoga studio, you won’t feel that way around me.
So, whether we meet on the mat or in the middle of life’s chaos, know that I’m here to help you find what’s real, raw, and healing within yourself.
I’d love for you to join me for an empowering weekend that will shift the way you see yourself, your practice, and maybe even the world.
We’ll laugh, move, learn, and grow together—and who knows, you might just surprise yourself.
Let’s do this.
Love T
