I couldn’t understand why my daughter started self-harming, it broke my heart. This course was full of lightbulb moments. I now see what activates the cycle and can recognize the signs before it starts. For the first time, I feel like I have the tools to truly support her.
— Jennifer, Course Graduate
Our family is busier than ever, and we used to fight about everything. Now, we take five minutes a day to do one of the breathing exercises I learned in the course, and it’s made such a difference. It’s the best gift I’ve given my family.
— Mickey, Course Graduate

This is more than a certification—
it’s a movement.

When our child began exploring their gender identity, we didn’t always know what to say or how to approach conversations. Even though this course was not specifically about gender, it gave us tools to communicate better, navigate tough moments, and build a deeper, more loving connection as a family.
— Nahal, Course Graduate

Hi, I’m Terri Cooper Space.

I’m the owner of 305 Yoga and the founder of Connection Coalition, but to me, it’s less about titles and more about doing work that truly matters.

Over the past few decades, I’ve brought yoga to some of the most unexpected places: schools, jails, shelters, and community centers.

I’ve certified nearly 500 yoga teachers at 305 Yoga and trained more than 5,000 people across the country in trauma-informed mind-body practices.

But let’s cut to the chase….I’m not your typical yoga girl.

I’m a street-smart yogi [in a thick girl body] who doesn’t do fluff, flash, or fancy poses for Instagram.

I’m raw, real, and unapologetically myself— but always with a heart big enough to carry the whole room.

My teaching style is empathetic, inclusive, powerful, and… if I’m being honest, has a knack for cracking people open in the best possible way.

I believe yoga is for everybody—every body.

If you’ve ever felt out of place in a yoga studio, you won’t feel that way around me.

So, whether we meet on the mat or in the middle of life’s chaos, know that I’m here to help you find what’s real, raw, and healing within yourself.

I’d love for you to join me for an empowering weekend that will shift the way you see yourself, your practice, and maybe even the world.

We’ll laugh, move, learn, and grow together—and who knows, you might just surprise yourself.

Let’s do this.

Love T
