305 Yoga is a center for spiritual growth and emotional healing through mind-body integration.

Our lineage is rooted in Seva (service) and the path of Karma Yoga. We have raised over $700K for charities, donated thousands of hours, taught at a zillion and 2 schools and have certified over 5000 trauma informed volunteers and yoga teachers.

We deeply respect the teachings of Yoga, visit India regularly to immerse in the culture and offer our deepest gratitude to those whom share these practices with us so generously.

Our eco-thermal studio is a humble and welcoming safe haven from the hectic pace and fabulous intensity of living life in Magic City.

🔥 We do not use air conditioning or artificial heat in any way.

We never have since 2006 [imagine how small our environmental 👣 is].

The studio temperature lingers between good + warm… and downright HOT.

The natural heat is so good for your body. Watch your stress and tension melt away.

Since we don’t add artificial heat, our shala never feels stuffy or closed in.

We have super high ceilings, and down blowing fans to keep the air circulating. Our original 1950’s terrazzo floor keeps the space feeling cool and light all year.

Therapeutic Yoga is great for every BODY.

Yoga can be safe AND challenging. And with the right tools, every one can benefit from yoga. Our team knows how to build creative sequences, that challenge seasoned yogi while still offering a potent experience for active beginners.

We also have the ability to create accesible yet potent yoga experiences for those who have been inactive or those managing an injury or illness.

Our teachers have been inspiring Miami’s upper east side since 2006 under the leadership of Owner Terri Cooper Space.

We are a community rich in diversity, with a deeply mindful practice that is challenging (expect sweat and some sore muscles) without judgement, competition or flash.

Plus, we do not have mirrors in our studio, as we plan to have you looking inward not outward.
